5-year-old Sophia Chiappalone was born
with a heart defect and wasn’t expected
to live past age 2. All she wanted before
her 4th open heart surgery was to ‘marry’
her best friend, Hunter, so her mom gave
them a ‘wedding’ photo shoot. “Most
people wait a lifetime for someone who
wouldn’t stand by them through such
illness,” she said, but Sophia “met a best
